Dubai Palm Deira To Be Showcased in Qatar
Dubai: Nakheel is showcasing The Palm, Deira in Qatar at the Ritz Carlton from today.
Throughout the two days, The Palm Deira sales specialists will be on call for potential buyers and investors in Qatar.
Sultan Ahmad Bin Sulay-em, executive chairman of Nakheel, said: "Taking The Palm, Deira to Qatar forms the part of our central strategy to attract investors to properties of Nakheel that have rewritten the rules of property development in the region. The first two editions of The Palm; The Palm, Jumeirah and The Palm, Jebel Ali generated considerable interest from Qatar. Therefore it was only logical for Nakheel to first make available the properties on our latest offering to the discerning investors from Qatar and give them an opportunity to make their investment in Dubai and its vibrant real estate market."
The Palm, Deira was launched last month as decreed by Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and UAE Defence Minister.
The first phase of the project, which is being developed in Deira Dubai near Hamriya Port, is already underway involving the reclamation of land by using some of the most advanced civil engineering techniques ever devised.
On completion, the development will measure 14 kilometres in length and 8.5 kilometres in width and will cover an area of almost 80 square kilometres.
