The Jewels’ launched at Dubai Marina - Dubai Property News
A Dh220 million twin-tower project called 'The Jewels' was launched at the Dubai Marina. It is expected to be completed by the end of 2006.
The architects of this project are RMJM and Projacs has provided the management solutions for the project.
Teaming up on the financial front is Amlak Finance and Tamweel, the home finance company.
The Jewels twin-tower will consist of 20 storeys. It will have one, two and three bedroom apartments, duplexes, penthouses, lofts, retail shops and villas overlooking the marina.
Amenities will include full home automation, fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms and jacuzzi in the master bathroom. It will also have swimming pools, gymnasiums, nursery and business centre.
Location is one of the advantages as residents will be a short drive away from international hotels, media and internet city and the airport.
