It offers 100% foreign ownership and the company formation period is 10-20 days.
The AED 250 million Knowledge Village is home to a broad-range of education and training operations, ranging from major institutions with large, on-campus facilities, to independent, freelance trainers operating out of the Business Center.
Dr. Abdullah M. Al Karam, CEO, Knowledge Village, says the zone is a central pillar of Dubai’s strategy to establish itself as a knowledge economy. “ The DIC and DMC are poised for further growth. Knowledge Village is the third component of Dubai Technology and Media FREE Zone (TECOM) – the heart of Dubai’s knowledge economy.
Knowledge Village is keen to promote post-university education and central to its concept is E-learning. The aim of setting up the Knowledge Village is to provide an infrastructure for developing, sharing and acquiring knowledge in a variety of disciplines for student and corporate communities.
